What are the delivery charges to non UK Mainland addresses?
The UK is split into zones by the couriers, so please get in touch with your full address and we’ll be able to advise on the best & most cost effective method to get products to you.
Can I track my order?
Certainly, all the couriers will email & text you tracking information so you always know where your order is up to.

Can I change my delivery address?
If it’s before the order is dispatched then yes you can. Once the order has been collected by the courier then it’s a little trickier as it may well be at a depot, get in touch as early as possible and we’ll do our very best to have it redirected.
What if I’m not in when they deliver my order?
You do get text & email alerts with specific delivery information, however, if you do miss them then they’ll leave you a card to contact them so you can rearrange the delivery. They always attempt delivery on 3 occasions before they return the order to us.
Do you ship abroad?
