Shipping & Delivery


All products are dispatched from our Manchester warehouse and we aim to have it delivered to you within 5 working days.

All orders placed before 08:00 will be dispatched the same working day.

There are no additional delivery fees, all the advertised prices include the cost of shipping to UK Mainland addresses.

Delivery Services

Small Items

Yodel & UK Mail offer next day delivery services which are ideal for smaller items. Both couriers offer SMS & email updates regarding the status of your delivery. A signature is required by the recipient in order for the courier to successfully deliver the order, therefore we cannot request for items to be left in a ‘safe place’, however, the courier can leave items with a neighbour. Yodel & UK Mail will attempt to deliver on 3 separate occasions and will leave a card with the contact details for the local depot if you wish to contact them. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts the order will be returned to us, so please do liaise with the courier to prevent any further delays in receiving your order.

Medium Items

XDP is our chosen partner for delivery of medium-sized products such as coffee tables, side tables etc. XDP will keep you up to date with delivery information via SMS / email, so please do include these details when ordering. Once your order has been collected from us, XDP will provide you with a delivery window. If you’re not going to be available to receive the order, please get in touch with them and rearrange for a convenient time & day for the delivery. Please be aware that XDP will not leave your order in a ‘safe place’ and they must obtain a signature. This service is an overnight delivery service which should be with you the next working day.

Large Items

Once again we have opted to use XDP for delivery of larger items. All large items such as Sofas & Wardrobes will be delivered on a 2 man white glove service. You will be contacted directly by XDP to arrange a convenient delivery date. Our courier partner will happily enter your property and place the item(s) in a room of your choice (ground floor only). This 2 man service has a turnaround of 3-5 days.

What are the delivery charges to non UK Mainland addresses?

The UK is split into zones by the couriers, so please get in touch with your full address and we’ll be able to advise on the best & most cost effective method to get products to you.


Can I track my order?

Certainly, all the couriers will email & text you tracking information so you always know where your order is up to.

Can I change my delivery address?

If it’s before the order is dispatched then yes you can. Once the order has been collected by the courier then it’s a little trickier as it may well be at a depot, get in touch as early as possible and we’ll do our very best to have it redirected.


What if I’m not in when they deliver my order?

You do get text & email alerts with specific delivery information, however, if you do miss them then they’ll leave you a card to contact them so you can rearrange the delivery. They always attempt delivery on 3 occasions before they return the order to us.


Do you ship abroad?

Possibly, but it depends on what it is and where it’s going to. If you would like something shipping outside of the UK please get in touch and we’ll see if we can help.
